Bio:

Mr. Kokoska is a Chief Data Scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton where he is the technical lead for the civilian anti-fraud practice. He is currently the engagement lead for Booz Allen’s work with the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of the Inspector General. Over the past ten years, he has lead data science and anti-fraud efforts with multiple federal clients including the Social Security Administration, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as well as with commercial clients including Fortune 500 Money Transfer Institutions and Banking and Investment Firms. Prior to joining Booz Allen, he served for four years as the Associate Director of Forensics at Ohio University.
