Bio:

Eric manages data management and analytics projects for CoE clients at both the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  In addition to managing technical delivery, Eric also provides leadership in organizational design and management, in particular, aligning Agencies with the Foundations Act.

Prior to joining GSA, Eric spent 5 years as a data scientist and management consultant supporting private sector contracts, FFRDCs, DHS, and DOJ.  Eric is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Kyrgyzstan), and received a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
